Our response to COVID-19

In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic Stronger Now will be bolstering its cleanliness guidelines and adjusting client scheduling to prevent disease transmission for the safety of clients and personnel.

  1. Persons exhibiting symptoms

    1. All personnel and clients are to remain home and not report to Stronger Now facilities if you are experiencing any symptoms listed as potential COVID-19 symptoms. You can find these here https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html

    2. The exception to this would be symptoms which could be the cause of allergens assuming that those symptoms are responsive to antihistamines, or muscle pain which is caused by workout activities

  2. Handwashing

    1. Clients must wash their hands immediately upon arriving at the facility, and after finishing their workout or consultation

    2. Personnel must wash their hands immediately upon arriving at the facility and after/in between every client visitation

  3. Equipment

    1. Clients are not to touch any equipment in the facility other than the following

      1. Barbells, dumbbells as necessary for performing an exercise and for no other purpose

      2. Exercise machines as necessary for performing exercises and for no other purpose

    2. Personnel will be responsible for any setup, loading, or moving of equipment

      1. Personnel must sanitize or wash hands prior to touching any equipment

      2. Personnel must wipe down any equipment touched by clients after/in between clients with isopropyl alcohol (to be provided by Stronger Now)

  4. Client Scheduling and Masks

    1. Clients will be exclusively trained or seen one on one until June 1st.

      1. All clients currently enrolled in semi-private training (groups of 2-4) will be afforded one on one training at the same rate they were previously paying for the same frequency until such time as semi-private training is reinstated

    2. After June 1st clients will be allowed to train in groups of at most 2 clients to one coach, assuming they can abide by social distancing and safety requirements put forward by the CDC.

      1. Clients participating in semi-private sessions must wear a mask at all times while within the facilities

    3. Personnel must wear a mask at all times while clients are present in the facilities.

      1. Stronger Now reserves the right to amend these procedures and timelines as needed in order to work in accordance with the best practices as determined by the CDC in the developing situation
